The start-up operation of the organic fertilizer equipment needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the organic fertilizer production line. The following are the details of the startup operation:
1. Check the device environment: Ensure that there are no obstacles or other objects around the device to avoid affecting the startup of the device. Check the power connection of the device to ensure that the device is powered on properly.
2. Check the components of the device: Check whether the protection device of the device works properly and is not damaged. Check whether the oil circuit system is normal and whether there is oil leakage. Check the steering of the equipment, reducer oil addition, control box voltage and so on.
3. Personnel preparation: the operators of each section shall operate their respective sections independently and be under the unified command of the monitor. Staff are required to wear overalls and hard hats to ensure neat clothing.
4. Power on: Power on the main power supply to ensure that the voltage meets device requirements. Start the air compressor to ensure that the air pressure meets the equipment requirements.
5. Heating and preheating: For equipment that needs heating, such as fermentation equipment, start the heating system and set the appropriate temperature and time. Before starting for the first time, heat the equipment for 40 to 50 minutes and manually increase the temperature of the motor triangle belt.
6. Monitor the status of the equipment: During the operation of the equipment, the operator should pay close attention to the running status of the equipment, and stop the machine in time if there is an anomaly.
7. Gradually increase the load: After the equipment runs normally, gradually increase the load of the equipment to make it operate normally under the load. Through the above steps, you can ensure the smooth start and safe operation of organic fertilizer equipment.
