Maintenance of organic fertilizer equipment in winter

2025/01/10

When maintaining organic fertilizer equipment in winter, the following aspects need to be paid attention to:

1. Thoroughly clean the equipment: After each use, the inside and outside of the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the residue from freezing or breeding bacteria at low temperatures.

2. Use a dust cover: When the device is idle, use a dedicated dust cover to cover the device to prevent dust and moisture from invading.

3. Replace the lubricating oil: due to the low temperature in winter, the lubricating oil suitable for low temperature environment should be replaced to ensure the lubrication effect of the equipment.

4. Add antifreeze: Add antifreeze to the lubrication system of the equipment to prevent the lubricating oil from solidifying at low temperatures.

5. Equipment preheating: Before starting the equipment, preheating treatment should be carried out to gradually heat up the equipment to avoid starting difficulties or smooth operation due to low temperature.

6. Avoid starting at a high speed: Do not set a high speed during the initial start, and gradually increase the speed after the device is warmed up.

7. Keep dry: In a humid environment, use a drying machine to dry the indoor water and prevent the equipment from being damp.

8. Anti-rust treatment: For iron parts, it should be removed and cleaned, coated with anti-rust paint, and placed in a ventilated and dry place.

9. Reasonable storage: Store the equipment in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid direct contact with the ground and prevent moisture.

10. Motor protection: The motor should be placed in a dry and clean environment to avoid moisture resulting in reduced insulation performance.

Through the above measures, the normal operation of organic fertilizer production line in winter can be effectively protected and its service life can be extended.
