The organic fertilizer granulator machine is the core forming equipment in a granulation production line. Its main function is to process fermented powdery materials into basic granules, achieving the granulation process from scratch. Common models include disc, stirring tooth, and roller extrusion types, which form granules through extrusion and agglomeration, and can independently complete the granulation process. Its output granules are mostly cylindrical, ellipsoidal, or irregularly shaped, with rough surfaces and uneven sizes. It is an indispensable main equipment in the entire production line, determining the production capacity and basic forming effect.
The organic fertilizer ball shaping machine is a supporting shaping equipment and cannot granulate alone; it must be used in conjunction with a granulator. It mainly polishes, rounds, and granulates the semi-finished granules produced by the granulator, using rotational friction and centrifugal force to remove sharp edges and improve roundness. After rounding, the granules become smooth spheres with high uniformity, good strength, and are not easily broken, with an appearance closer to commercial fertilizer, improving its marketability and competitiveness.
Both machines work in tandem and complement each other in the production process. The granulator is responsible for the front-end forming and is the core of production capacity; the rounding machine is responsible for the back-end optimization and improves the quality of the granules. Without a granulator, materials cannot be formed; without a rounding machine, the granules have poor appearance and are prone to pulverization. In an organic fertilizer production line, the granulator determines whether granules can be produced, while the rounding machine determines whether the granules are easy to sell. Only by using them together can the needs of efficient and high-quality organic fertilizer production be met.
