Bio Fertilizer Manufacturing Process

2019/10/15

Bio-fertilizer plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of agricultural products. Bio-organic fertilizer can increase the content of soil organic matter and various amino acids, trace elements and humic acid, promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, create four conditions of water, fertilizer, gas and soil environment conservation, promote the multiplication of many beneficial microorganisms and increase the content of soil organic nitrogen. Improve the utilization of nitrogen, promote the activity and effectiveness of phosphorus and potassium in soil, and improve the utilization of phosphorus and potassium.
Production of Bio-fertilizer
Bio-fertilizer is a kind of fertilizer which is made of livestock manure as main material, straw or mushroom residue as supplementary material and added microorganisms. It is a necessary base fertilizer for green food.
Fertilizer production line includes fermentation equipment, crusher, screening machine, granulator and dryer.
As a commercial bio fertilizer, fertilizer granulator is the most critical main equipment in the whole fertilizer production process. In the traditional bio organic compound fertilizer production, granulating is made by extruding granular granules into circular mold and granular like columnar like feed, which is not suitable for machine sowing and fertilizing. The appearance of farmers is poor in appearance and affects market sales.
Points for Attention of Bio-fertilizer
1. Bio-organic fertilizer should not be preserved too long after bagging, otherwise it will damage fertilizer efficiency. The best application period is 6 months.
2. Bioorganic fertilizer should not be mixed with pesticides such as pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, etc. If it must be used, it should be used 72 hours in advance or postponed.
3. Biological fertilizer is not suitable to be mixed with ammonium carbonate, plant ash and fertilizer containing sulfur elements (such as potassium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, etc.) in order to avoid affecting the efficiency of bacterial fertilizer.
4. Bio-fertilizer should be covered with soil and mixed with soil in time when it is used as base fertilizer in order to maximize its fertilizer efficiency.
