Rotary drum and disc granulation equipment are mostly used in the production of compound fertilizer, which has poor mechanical properties, large investment and high cost. Our plant has developed a new generation of
double roller granulator in China. The double roller granulator has the advantages of less investment, high efficiency, superior performance and convenient use.
The production principle of the double roller granulator is that the belt and pulley are driven by the motor, and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and they work in the opposite direction by synchronizing with the passive shaft through the split gear. The materials are added from the feeding hopper, extruded by rollers, demoulded into balls, and transported to the crushing screen studio to screen and separate the finished particles (balls), and then the returned materials are mixed with the new materials, and then granulated.
Compound fertilizer granulation is carried out by double roller dry process. The dry powder materials are directly pressed into granules at normal temperature. The
fertilizer granulator can not only produce multi-element compound fertilizer and single fertilizer with ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride as the basic materials, but also suitable for the production and granulation of organic fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer and rare earth fertilizer.
