The
organic fertilizer machine should be used carefully in the production process, and two kinds of technical faults should be strictly eliminated.
The first is gradual failure. It is caused by the poor initial parameters of the organic fertilizer machine. Most of the failures of the organic fertilizer machine belong to this kind of failures. This kind of failure is closely related to the process of material wear, corrosion, fatigue and creep.
The second is sudden failure. It is due to a variety of adverse factors and or accidental external influence, which is beyond the limit of organic fertilizer machine. For example, the potential safety hazard is caused by the iron in the organic fertilizer granulator or overload, and the sieve plate is broken by the hammer mill. This kind of accident usually happens suddenly without any sign in advance.
