The double roller granulator works in the opposite direction by synchronizing the counter gear with the passive shaft. The materials are added from the feed hopper, extruded and shaped by the strong extrusion pressure of double rollers, demoulded and pelletized, and then transported to the crushing screen working room through a pair of chains, where the finished particles (balls) are screened and separated, then the returned materials are mixed with the new materials, and then the organic fertilizer is pelletized.

Process of fertilizer production line of double roller granulator

1. Add the qualified raw materials into the high-efficiency mixer according to the proportion requirements and mix them evenly;
2. It is conveyed to the disc feeder, and the iron substance in the material is removed in the conveying process;
3. The materials in the disc feeder are evenly fed into the double roller granulator, and the materials are forced to pass between the two rollers to be extruded into flakes. The flakes are crushed into fragments by the coarse crusher under the roller and then screened; the materials on the screen continue to be crushed and screened;
4. The semi-finished products are transported to the finished product screening machine; the screened fine particles are directly returned to the disc feeder; the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the disc feeder;
5. The qualified products after screening are delivered to the automatic packing scale for weighing, packing and warehousing. 

Advantages of double roller granulator fertilizer production line
1) Energy saving and consumption reduction. Compared with other methods, double roller granulator fertilizer production line does not need drying measures such as fuel oil and gas.
2) No additional adhesive is required. The granulation method of general fertilizer production line is steam granulation. After condensation and crystallization between molecules, water vapor plays the role of binder in the process of manufacturing. However, in the drying process, the water inside and on the surface of the particles must be driven out, otherwise the fertilizer is easy to bond and agglomerate in the storage process. The double roller granulator does not need additional additives, but only uses the intermolecular force of the material itself to simplify the process and reduce the energy consumption.
3) The investment of organic fertilizer production equipment in fertilizer production line is low. Because the drying process is omitted and the return material ratio is low (about 15% of the total feeding amount of the extruder), the process flow is simple and the investment is low.
4) Flexible composition of raw materials. There are more than 20 kinds of materials used in double roller granulation: ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, calcium nitrate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc. In addition, the use of double roller fertilizer granulator process can flexibly change the product formula in a very short time. A set of device can produce more than 30 kinds of formula products.
5) Green environmental protection has no discharge of three wastes. The consumption of double roller granulator is only electric power. Environmental protection has no discharge of three wastes. It is suitable for environmental protection and also in line with the development strategy of environmental protection of the enterprise.
