The production of

In the production process of drum granulator, we have encountered two situations due to the different friction between the material and the cylinder wall of granulator.
One is that the material in the
npk fertilizer granulator sticks to the wall seriously, the friction between the material in the granulator and the cylinder wall is increased, and the material in the granulator is lifted too high, which causes the material to drop down from the top, and the formed particles are not round and there are too many large particles. We think that there are two reasons for this situation: on the one hand, it is caused by too much sticky material. In this case, we change the process formula On the other hand, the inner part of the granulator is not smooth, which is solved by changing the inner material and increasing the inner smoothness of the granulator.
Second, the internal surface of the granulator is smooth, which reduces the friction between the material and the cylinder wall and weakens the upward movement force of the material. If the material does not roll, it will not produce particles. In view of this situation, we can solve it by adjusting the rotation speed of granulator and installing small-scale plate inside.
