Pig manure, auxiliary materials (rice bran, crushed straw, bacterial residue, etc.) and starter are mixed in a certain proportion. The mixed ingredients are put into the fermentation tank. The bottom of the fermentation tank is provided with a ventilation pipe. In the fermentation process of the organic fertilizer production line, the oxygen content of the material can be increased by forced ventilation, thus speeding up the fermentation process. During the fermentation process, the raw materials need to be thrown periodically. The main role of the fermentation compost turning machine in this process is:
(1) Increase the permeability and oxygen content of the material by flipping.
(2) The rake teeth of the fermentation tilter can further crush the material during the operation.
(3) When the fermentation tilter completes a tilting work, the material can be moved back 4-5 meters. The new material can be placed in an empty position to allow fermentation to continue. The whole fermentation process lasts 8-15 days. After fermentation, the temperature of the rotten material began to drop to normal temperature, and there was no odor. The exterior is dark brown. If it is necessary to further process into commercial organic fertilizer, microbial functional bacteria agent or inorganic fertilizer can be added according to market demand to make microbial organic fertilizer and organic inorganic compound fertilizer, after granulation, drying, screening, polishing coating, measurement and packaging.
