Organic fertilizer production line is generally equipped with disc granulator and agitator drum granulator. Disc granulator generally needs granulator, but it is popular because of

The disc granulator is composed of an inclined granulating disc, a driving device, a disc inclination adjusting mechanism, a frame, a feeding pipe, a material liquid sprayer, a scraping plate, etc. Generally, the tilt angle of disc granulator is 35-55 degrees, and the rotation speed is 10-18r / min. The main factors affecting the granulation of disc granulator are disc direct, disc angle, disc edge height, rotating speed, material liquid spraying device, scraper position, etc. The inclination angle of granulator is determined according to the natural angle of repose of wetting powder before granulation. For example, the natural angle of repose of potassium chloride is 36 degrees, that of diammonium phosphate is 31 degrees, and that of heavy calcium is 32 degrees. When the inclination angle is less than the natural angle of repose of the wetted material, the material will adhere to the disc and rotate with the disc. Therefore, it should be determined according to the specific conditions, generally 40-60 degrees, which can be adjusted by the tilt angle adjusting hand wheel of granulator.
The working principle of the agitator
drum granulator is the same as that of the new organic fertilizer granulator. Both of them use the high-speed rotary mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to make the fine powder continuously realize the mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes in the granulator, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The size of particle diameter can be adjusted by the material mixing amount and spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount is, the higher the speed is, and vice versa.
The pelletizing rate of agitator drum granulator is higher, and the pelletizing rate is more than 95%. If the output is small, it can be dried after pelletizing to avoid the drying process.
The new type
organic fertilizer granulator machine is spherical in shape, sphericity ≥ 0.7, particle size generally between 0.3-3mm, granulation rate ≥ 90%, application scope: the granulator is especially suitable for the granulation of light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles, the higher the sphericity and the better the quality of the pellets. Typical application materials: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, tanli, clay, kaolin, etc.
