Fermentation techniques of cow manure organic fertilizer production line

2020/04/22

Preparation for the cow manure organic fertilizer production line: mix the fermentation agent of cow manure with rice bran in the proportion of 1:5-10 for standby. Build a pile of cow dung: build a pile while scattering cow dung. Adjust water content: the water content of cow dung is controlled at 40-65%. Starting temperature: the starting temperature is above 15 ℃, and the fermentation temperature is controlled below 70-75 ℃. Organic fertilizer machine mix well and ventilate: mix well, turn frequently and ventilate properly. Complete fermentation: fermentation can be completed within 7 days.
1、 Prepare materials and add bacteria
In the production line of cow manure organic fertilizer, to prepare about 1 ton of fresh cow manure which needs to be fermented, add the cow manure fermentation agent, first mix the cow manure fermentation agent with rice bran in the proportion of 1:5-10 for standby.
2、 Build a pile of cow dung
The prepared cow dung shall be scattered and piled up. The height and volume of the pile shall not be too short or too small. The pile height is 1.5-2m, the width is 2m, and the length is unlimited.
3、 Adjust moisture
The water content of fermented cow dung needs to be controlled at about 40-65%. If the water is less, the fermentation will be slow, the water ventilation will be poor, and the odor will be produced. Therefore, the water content must be well controlled.
4、 Starting temperature
It is better to start the fermentation at 15 ℃ or above, and to control the fermentation temperature below 70-75 ℃.

5、 Mix well and ventilate
Cow manure fermentation agent needs oxygen consumption fermentation, so in the process of operation, oxygen supply measures need to be increased. The windrow turner can achieve the function of mixing evenly, turning frequently and ventilating, so as to ensure the fertilizer effect.
6、 Complete fermentation
a. Generally, 48 hours after the cow dung is piled up, the temperature rises to 50-60 ℃, and on the third day, it can reach 65 ℃ or above. In this high temperature, it needs to be turned over once. Generally, in the fermentation process, there will be two times of high temperature above 65 ℃, and the fermentation can be completed by turning over the windrow turner twice, and the fermentation can be completed within 7 days normally.
b. The material was dark brown, and the temperature began to drop to normal temperature, which indicated that the fermentation was successful.
