1. Agitation
When making fertilizer, the
compost turner machine needs to add some auxiliary materials, such as carbon nitrogen ratio, pH value, water content, etc. The primary raw materials and various auxiliary materials roughly piled together according to the proportion can be stirred by the windrow turner and evenly stirred to achieve the purpose that the fertilizer granulator can granulate.
2. Adjust temperature and replenish oxygen
In the operation of the compost turner machine, the raw material pellets are fully contacted and mixed with the air. The air can be increased in the pile, which is helpful for the thermogenesis of aerobic microorganisms and the temperature rise of the pile. When the temperature is high, the addition of new air can reduce the temperature of the pile. Forming the shape of high-temperature exchange, all kinds of beneficial microorganisms develop and multiply in the suitable temperature range.
3. Comminution
The
windrow turner system can process the materials into small lumps, making the thick and dense raw material pile loose and elastic, forming a suitable porosity.
4. Reduce water content
The water content of the compost is below 20%. In fermentation, the consumption of raw materials by microorganisms will also make water exude. Therefore, with the reduction of water content in the process of fertilizer production, in addition to the evaporation composed of heat conduction, the material flipped by the dumper will constitute a forced evaporation of water.
