Granulation principle
Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment. Under the action of the extrusion force on the roll, the material is plastic deformed and compressed into an ellipse. Elliptical material is screened to obtain suitable granular products.

1. Material is formed by forced compression under mechanical pressure without adding any wetting agent, which does not destroy the chemical properties of the material, reduces the effective content of the product, and ensures the purity of the product.
2. The process flow is short, the energy consumption is low, the output is large, the production process is automated, and the cycle operation is suitable for large-scale continuous production.
3. The direct granulation of dry powder does not need the follow-up drying process, which is more conducive to the connection and transformation of the existing production process.
4. Particle strength is high, and the increase of accumulation ratio is more significant than other granulation methods. Particularly suitable for the occasion of increasing the proportion of product accumulation, the particle strength can be adjusted, and the strength of finished products can be controlled by adjusting the pressure of rolls.
5. The whole process is completely closed without any additives. Dry powder is directly granulated. The product has high purity and no pollution to the environment.
