Powder organic fertilizer production line process:
1. The organic fertilizer raw materials are mixed, and the C/N ratio is controlled at 23-28. The water content of the materials after the ratio is controlled to be 52%-68%.
2. Raw material stacking requirements: height meter, width meter, length, and care should be taken in a naturally ventilated place.
3. The temperature of the material pile begins to rise, indicating that the fermentation has started, the temperature has risen to more than 60 degrees, and the pile has been turned up after 48 hours (but when the temperature exceeds 70 degrees, it must be turned up immediately), and the stack must be even and thorough. The low-level material should be turned into the upper part of the pile as much as possible so as to be fully decomposed, and the number of times of turning up is determined depending on the degree of maturity of the material. A trough rotary machine can be used at this time.
4. Fermented and decomposed organic fertilizer can be directly applied, or it can be dried and packaged.
